Hull Property Group, in partnership with the City of Racine, celebrated the development of Pritchard Park Place with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 5, at 1:30 p.m. The redevelopment of the former Regency Mall called for the demolition of approximately 400,000 square feet of underutilized commercial space to, in part, make way for the construction of the 266 new apartments. This development is a testament to the benefits of a successful public-private partnership.

“Wednesday’s ribbon cutting marks a significant milestone in the reimagining of Pritchard Park Mall. Once a struggling enclosed regional mall, it has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use center – demonstrating the power of effective public-private partnerships. The opening of the Pritchard Park Place apartments brings together a vital aspect of this redevelopment – one that will allow for residents to eat, play, and live right here in Racine. We are grateful for the continued support of Mayor Mason and the Racine City Council,” said John G. Mulherin, Senior Vice-President of Government Relations, Hull Property Group.

Pritchard Park Place features modern amenities including in-unit washer and dryers, private balconies, heated underground parking, private garages, complimentary Pritchard Park memberships, a business center, conference room, yoga room, golf simulator, and pet-friendly amenities. The apartments are open for tours, and its first residents are expected to move in by late August. The first building in the development is now open, and construction on the second building is expected to be completed by September.
