When a movie theater exited HPG’s Citrus Park Town Center, the HPG leasing team saw an opportunity to build on an existing relationship. They reached out to NCG Cinemas, a family-owned, nationally operated business that had already proven to be a strong partner with a shared vision for success.

Working closely with Gemini, HPG’s in-house construction team, the outdated space was transformed from floor to ceiling to create a modern movie destination. The completely renovated 10-theater complex now features luxury reclining seating, a full-service bar for guests 21+, hot pizza and soft pretzels, and unlimited refills on popcorn and sodas.

This project not only delivered an upgraded movie-going experience for the Tampa community but also underscores HPG’s commitment to helping businesses grow and scale — creating wins for tenants, communities, and HPG alike.
