ACQUISITIONS
Hull Property Group is a privately held, fully integrated real estate operating company focused exclusively on retail properties. The company has a long track record of acquiring and repositioning underperforming enclosed shopping malls and shopping centers. Hull Property Group aims to expand its portfolio by acquiring additional enclosed shopping malls located within 1,500 miles of its company headquarters in Augusta, GA. CONSTRUCTION
Gemini Construction is the construction arm of Hull Property Group and specializes in performing all aspects of retail construction in operating environments. Gemini Construction works in cooperation with Hull Property Group to complete large scale renovation and demolition projects, everyday site work and store build outs for national retailers at all of the company's retail properties. Together Hull Property Group and Gemini Construction work to create welcoming and functional shopping environments that appeal to both tenants and customers.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
The company’s government relations team works with community leadership to advocate for the success of local retail establishments. The team works within each market to get to know civic organizations and understand the potential for collaborative solutions. Enclosed malls and surrounding retail centers are large contributors to sales tax dollars that can be reinvested back in the community. The government relations team focuses on communicating how retail can help the community and building joint partnerships between business and government to maximize the opportunities for success.

LEASING
