John Mulherin currently serves as Vice President of Government Relations at Hull Property Group. In this role he is responsible for building relationships with local municipalities, coordinating redevelopment projects and establishing tax incentives that assist in stabilizing, transforming and repositioning mall properties. 

Prior to joining Hull Property Group, John served as the Associate Athletic Director/President of the Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation where he oversaw fundraising activities for Georgia Southern University Athletics for sixteen years. Additional career positions include serving in senior management positions in the nonprofit sector. John is active in many local and statewide charitable organizations as well as his church. He is a native of Augusta, GA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia Southern University.
